As the customer support manager at MindTouch I find that a lot of errors occur around upgrade times because the user will upgrade and there will be differing versions because the old version is cached in the browser.  That will not happen anymore as I have found the best extension: the Clear Cache Button for FireFox.  This will simplfiy your cache clearing by reducing it to one click. I have installed it and encourage everyone else to.
