It’s been a while since I’ve blogged, mainly because I’ve been busy with the setup of SupportAwards.org.  It is a new site that I created where people can nominate companies and individuals for outstanding customer support and service.  There isn’t another award like it out there.  Nominations open on August 1st at Midnight.  I’ll do a follow up post once I have launched it.  The idea came from the fact that there are awards for companies and their products but not for the customer support/service reps that work hard to ensure the growth and viability of the company.   My goal for support awards is to give recognition to the departments and agents that work hard to ensure customers are happy.  Check out the site: http://www.supportawards.org and make sure you return on August 1st to cast your nomination for best customer support/service.
