This weekend has been excellent so far.  Pam and I went to the IMAX Transformers last night.  Which at first I was put off a bit because the theatre wasn’t in a dome shape like other IMAX’s I’ve been too, but I guess it is more of a resolution/sound experience as opposed to dome viewing.  It was a good movie though.  We  also started watching the Flight of the Conchords, which has come highly recommended by many co-workers…so far I’m not disappointed.   Pam and I also went shopping and picked up a couple of fun things that have been on our list, like new knobs for the kitchen cupboards, new shoes for me(they are awesome) and some solar powered lanterns for the patio(currently charging, will let you know how they turn out).   We have an awesome meal that I’m in the process of cooking, BBQ chicken and fresh Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Pineapple.  To top off the dinner we have some Rice Crispy Bars that Pam made.   I also made some homemade lemonade.  It is pretty tasty.  All in all this has been an awesome weekend.  On a side note for my readers, I use awesome only when the thing to experience is great.  I’ve been very fortunate lately to have had so many awesome events happen.
