Work has been crazy busy lately. We’ve been ramping up on the sales side with a couple new additions to the team. This adds a couple of things on my todo list like helping them get settled. On the support side of things I’ve been working on a solution base that will only be available to our Enterprise Customers. The solution base will require a login to access and will have reviewed solutions that will use SalesForce’s solution manager. This has a pretty good search in it and is easy to update. I’ll probably roll this out over the next couple of weeks here, so keep an eye out for it.
We also are in the process of a distinction with our product. MindTouch Deki Enterprise and MindTouch Community. The Enterprise has a lot of value props like stable build, support(my favorite), and in the future the ability to add some enterprise modules(very excited about this). Included with this distinction is an Enterprise ID that every MindTouch Deki customer will have, this will help expedite support and ensure that response times are at their peak.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be at MindTouch for over 2 years now and have seen it from the beginning when we had the managed hardware appliance, to the mature and sophisticated platform it is today. It is good to see the growth we’ve made and is exciting to see what is coming up.
